Payments & Refunds

  • All fees are stated in USD and processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Scheduling & Access

  • If your program includes coaching sessions, you must book sessions within the stated timeframe.
  • Missed or late sessions may not be rescheduled unless agreed in advance.

Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, and written content are the property of The Apex Protocol and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Apex Protocol is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.
Results are not guaranteed and depend on your personal commitment and actions.
